Victoria is an experienced educational leader with a passion for helping students, educators, and instructional leaders reach their full potential. With over 16 years in the education industry, Victoria has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing students and educators today.  She has served as Director of Teaching, Learning, and Leading, Coordinator of Digital Learning and Instructional Strategies, district curriculum writer,  district lead instructional specialist, new teacher mentor, and classroom teacher.

Throughout her career, Victoria has utilized mentoring, instructional coaching, and intensive action research based cycles, to help countless educators improve their instructional practices, hone their craft, and develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in 21st century classrooms. 

Victoria specializes in early elementary education and intentionally integrated instructional technology and is passionate about the importance of building strong foundational skills to support a lifetime of learning. 

Victoria holds a M. Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction with a specialization in Learning Technologies and a GAC in Educational Leadership from the University of North Texas as well as a B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her educational background, coupled with hands-on experience in instructional technology, system-wide organization, professional development, and leadership, equips her to drive positive change and innovation in education.  

 Rosa has been a stalwart advocate for public education since 2000, embarking on a diverse and enriching journey within the educational landscape. She has traversed various roles, donning hats as District Emergent Bilingual Facilitator, Campus Bilingual Interventionist, Bilingual classroom teacher, and  an ESL/Dyslexia Paraprofessional.  She brings her wealth of experience to the forefront of language learning.

Rosa's academic journey reflects her commitment to excellence. She holds a M. Ed. in Administration from Lamar University, a BA in Spanish from Texas A&M University-Commerce, and an AA degree in accounting from DCCC. This diverse educational background equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in shaping a robust and effective educational system.

As a former emergent bilingual herself, Rosa possesses an intimate insight into the challenges and unique strengths of the students under her care. This personal connection fuels her dedication to implementing innovative strategies that support teachers working with second language learners. 

Rosa's commitment is palpable in her daily efforts to create an inclusive and enriching environment that fosters the growth and success of each student she encounters. Her journey stands as a testament to the transformative power of education and the enduring impact of a passionate educator.

Nancy is a dedicated educator with a rich background in public education spanning over two decades. 

Since obtaining her BA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, Nancy has embarked on a fulfilling journey within the realm of education. Her career has seen her assume various roles, starting as a classroom teacher in 1996 and evolving into positions such as Math Interventionist, Instructional Coach, Campus Administrator, and District Math Curriculum Writer and Facilitator.

Throughout her career, Nancy has pursued further education, earning additional degrees from prestigious institutions such as Texas Woman’s University and Lamar University. These experiences have equipped her with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of educational practices.

Passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of children, Nancy's commitment extends beyond direct classroom interaction. She fervently believes in empowering teachers by providing them with the necessary support and resources to excel in their profession. Nancy is dedicated to promoting research-based instructional strategies and facilitating the professional development of educators to enhance student learning outcomes. Her unwavering dedication to education underscores her mission to positively impact the future generation.

For over 20 years, Chris has been dedicated to combining education, entertainment, and technology to ignite motivation and inspiration among students, colleagues, and clients.  His ultimate objective is to create a learning environment that fosters a genuine passion for knowledge.

Chris has a diverse background in K-12 and higher education and has served as Executive Director of Educational Technology Services, Apple Professional Learning Specialist, Innovative Learning Coach, Technology Integration Instructor, Head of Video Production, Assistant Director of Business Information Technology, and more.

Chris is currently pursuing his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at Southern Nazarene University and holds a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.

Chris's focus lies in Smart Learning Environments, including Artificial Intelligence for Education.  He is also keenly interested in leadership initiatives, technology integration, and AI integration in education.  Chris is on a journey to revolutionize education through the power of innovation and inspiration.
